Peer-to-Peer Recruitment Awards Program

A Peer-to-peer recognition program is offered by the Louisiana State Medical Society (LSMS) to e!ncourage recruitment of new members. Physician-to-physician contact has never been more important in building the membership of the LSMS and your parish/component society. The increase number os members will strengthen your member organiation, and you will be recognized for your efforts! Here's what you can win:

Top Medical Student Member Recruiter

Recruit 5 or more members and you will also receive a free membership the year following your award.

To assist you in your recruiting efforts, the following items can be made available to you at your request:

            F         A customized list of non-members in your parish

            F         Recruitment brochures to mail to prospective members

            F         Talking points to assist you in communicating with colleagues about issues

                        of membership

            F         A Power Point presentation for you to use at medical staff or other meetings 

            F         Support from LSMS staff to assist you in your efforts

The recruitment period begins January 1 and ends on December 31 of each recruiting year. Recognition will be awarded each year at a designated meeting of your parish/component society.
